Membership Terms
Effective August 23, 2026
These Membership Terms are an agreement between Collegiate Cleaning Co. LLC (“CCC”) and the customer purchasing the membership (“Member”). By joining, Member agrees to these terms for the apartment enrolled during signup.
1. Your Membership
Membership includes one recurring maintenance housekeeping opportunity during each applicable service window. Service is limited to CCC’s current recurring cleaning scope.
Membership begins with a minimum commitment of three consecutive membership payments and corresponding service windows. During this initial commitment, Member may cancel only if:
• Member qualifies under the Risk-Free First Cleaning Promise below;
• CCC approves an exception in writing; or
• cancellation is otherwise required by law.
After the initial commitment, membership automatically continues month-to-month until canceled.
Membership is for recurring housekeeping—not one-time, move-out, restoration, remediation, or unlimited deep cleaning.
2. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Member authorizes CCC and its payment processor to store the payment method provided and charge:
• The first membership payment three days before the first scheduled cleaning; and
• Future membership payments on the first day of each month.
Payment must be received before service. Applicable taxes and separately disclosed fees may be added.
Each successful membership payment provides one cleaning opportunity during its corresponding service window. Monthly charges continue until the membership is properly canceled—even if Member does not schedule, use, or allow the available cleaning.
Unused cleaning opportunities expire without refund, credit, or rollover except where these terms or applicable law expressly provide otherwise.
3. Four-Week Service Window
Each cleaning must be scheduled and completed during its applicable four-week service window. CCC will communicate the applicable window through the booking confirmation, account, email, text message, or another written communication.
If Member does not schedule or permit service during that window, the cleaning expires without refund, credit, or rollover. CCC may approve an extension in writing but is not required to do so.
Because membership pricing assumes regular maintenance, an apartment that goes beyond its service window or materially worsens in condition may require additional work. CCC may decline work outside the recurring scope or quote an additional charge before performing it.
4. Scheduling and Appointment Changes
Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by CCC. Arrival times may be provided as a window rather than an exact time.
Member must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual cleaning. A late change does not extend the service window unless CCC agrees in writing.
Canceling, rescheduling, or missing one cleaning does not cancel the membership or stop recurring billing.
If CCC must reschedule, CCC will offer a reasonable replacement appointment or extend the service window. If CCC cannot provide the corresponding cleaning for reasons within CCC’s control, CCC will provide an appropriate refund or credit for that cleaning.
5. Canceling Your Membership
After completing the initial three-payment commitment, Member may cancel by sending CCC a clear written cancellation request through the contact method listed on CCC’s website or in CCC’s membership communications.
The request must state that Member is canceling the membership, not merely an appointment.
Cancellation must be received before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. A request received on or after a billing date takes effect after that billing cycle, and the corresponding cleaning remains available during its service window.
6. Apartment Access
Member is responsible for providing complete and accurate access information, including keys, codes, parking instructions, concierge authorization, or other entry requirements. Member authorizes CCC and its service providers to enter the enrolled apartment for confirmed services.
If CCC cannot enter or reasonably begin service because of circumstances within Member’s or an occupant’s control, CCC may charge a $25 failed-access fee. The cleaning may also be treated as used or expire if it cannot be rescheduled during the service window.
Member is responsible for ensuring that access and parking instructions are authorized under the apartment community’s rules.
7. What the Service Covers
CCC provides recurring maintenance housekeeping according to the service scope shown during enrollment or on CCC’s website.
Unless CCC agrees otherwise in writing, service does not include restoration, remediation, permanent stain removal, moving heavy furniture, hazardous-material handling, pest treatment, significant mold treatment, biohazard cleanup, or work requiring specialized licensing or equipment.
CCC may decline, pause, or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, abusive, materially misrepresented, or materially outside the purchased scope. Examples include bodily fluids, human or animal waste, pest infestation, significant mold, hazardous materials, active criminal activity, extreme clutter, unavailable utilities, unsafe temperatures, aggressive animals, or threatening conduct.
CCC may quote an additional charge for work outside the recurring scope but is not required to accept that work.
8. Roommates and Authorization
Member represents that Member is authorized to arrange housekeeping and provide access for the enrolled apartment. Member is responsible for informing roommates and occupants about scheduled services and obtaining any required permission.
Only the purchasing Member must accept these terms. That Member remains responsible for payment, access, instructions, and communication with CCC, even if roommates privately divide the cost.
Member must tell CCC before service about areas that should not be entered and any relevant privacy, building, safety, or access restrictions.
9. 24-Hour Reclean Guarantee
CCC provides a 24-hour complimentary reclean guarantee for qualifying work included in the purchased service scope.
Member must notify CCC within 24 hours after service and identify the specific area or task of concern. CCC may request photographs or reasonable information so it can understand and prepare for the return visit.
For a qualifying concern, Member must provide reasonable access and allow CCC to return and correct the reported work at no additional charge. The return visit may be limited to the qualifying areas reported within 24 hours.
A missed spot or ordinary quality concern is handled through this reclean guarantee. It does not, by itself, qualify Member for a refund, a free future cleaning, or release from the initial commitment.
The reclean guarantee does not cover:
• Concerns reported after 24 hours;
• New messes or conditions created after service;
• Work outside the purchased scope;
• Permanent stains, wear, damage, or buildup that maintenance housekeeping cannot reasonably correct;
• Unsafe or inaccessible areas;
• Results affected by clutter, unavailable utilities, residents, guests, pets, contractors, or circumstances outside CCC’s reasonable control; or
• Purely subjective preferences unrelated to whether the included service was performed.
10. Try It Risk-Free
The Try It Risk-Free promise applies only to Member’s first cleaning. It provides a refund only for a material service failure that CCC does not correct.
To qualify, all applicable requirements below must be satisfied:
• CCC fails to perform a material and substantial portion of the work included in the applicable service scope during the first cleaning.
• Member reports the specific failure within 24 hours after the first cleaning.
• Member provides photographs or other reasonable information requested by CCC.
• Member gives CCC reasonable access and an opportunity to perform a complimentary corrective reclean.
• CCC either:
– Performs the corrective reclean but still fails to complete the material and substantial qualifying work; or
– For reasons within CCC’s control, declines or fails to offer a reasonable corrective appointment within five business days after receiving Member’s timely notice.
• Member submits a written refund request within 24 hours after the corrective reclean or, if CCC did not offer a reasonable corrective appointment, within 24 hours after the five-business-day period expires.
If Member qualifies, CCC will:
• Refund the first membership payment to the original payment method; and
• Release Member from the remaining unpaid portion of the initial three-payment commitment.
CCC will initiate an approved refund within 10 business days, although the financial institution may require additional processing time.
The refund does not include a valid failed-access fee or another separately authorized fee unless CCC determines that the fee was charged incorrectly.
The Risk-Free promise does not apply to isolated missed spots, minor imperfections, subjective dissatisfaction, work outside the service scope, permanent staining or damage, conditions maintenance housekeeping cannot reasonably correct, unsafe or inaccessible areas, or results caused or materially affected by Member, roommates, occupants, guests, pets, contractors, building personnel, or other third parties.
Failing to qualify for the Risk-Free refund does not prevent Member from requesting a qualifying complimentary reclean under Section 9.
11. Valuables, Damage, and Missing Property
CCC will exercise reasonable care inside the apartment. Before service, residents must secure cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, financial or identification documents, collectibles, electronics, fragile or sentimental items, and other valuable or sensitive property.
Member must identify unusually fragile, unstable, valuable, damaged, or improperly installed property before service.
To the extent permitted by law, CCC is not responsible for ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing damage, normal deterioration, improperly installed or unsecured items, inherently fragile or unstable property, undisclosed defects, or conditions outside CCC’s reasonable control.
Damage, breakage, or suspected missing property must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after discovery. Member agrees to provide reasonable photographs, receipts, ownership information, or other documentation requested for investigation. An allegation alone does not establish responsibility.
12. Pets, Safety, and Conduct
Member must disclose pets and known conditions that could affect safe service. Pets must be secured when CCC reasonably requests. CCC may decline, stop, or reschedule service if an animal presents a safety, escape, allergy, or interference concern.
Residents and guests may not threaten, harass, sexually harass, abuse, discriminate against, obstruct, or otherwise create an unsafe environment for CCC personnel. CCC personnel are expected to behave professionally and appropriately.
CCC personnel may immediately leave, and CCC may suspend or terminate service, when a reasonable safety or conduct concern exists.
13. Service Photographs and Privacy
CCC and its service providers may take reasonable before-and-after photographs of serviced areas for quality control, service verification, training, internal documentation, claim investigation, and resolving customer concerns.
Member should remove or cover sensitive personal information before service.
CCC will not use photographs from inside the apartment for public advertising or social media without separate permission. Marketing permission is voluntary and is not required to receive service.
14. Service Providers
CCC may use employees, independent contractors, or subcontractors to perform services. CCC remains Member’s point of contact for scheduling, billing, membership administration, customer service, quality concerns, and reported incidents.
15. Claims and Liability
Member must promptly notify CCC of any service-related injury, damage, alleged theft, property claim, or material incident so CCC has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
To the extent permitted by Texas law, CCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the membership or housekeeping service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
16. Failed Payments and Charge Disputes
If a payment fails or is reversed, CCC may retry the payment, suspend scheduling or service, and require payment before further service. Suspension does not automatically cancel the membership or waive amounts properly owed.
Member agrees to contact CCC about a disputed service or charge and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Nothing prevents Member from using rights available under applicable law or through the payment-card issuer.
A chargeback does not, by itself, cancel the membership. CCC may contest a chargeback using these terms, service records, communications, photographs, and other relevant documentation.
17. Termination by CCC
CCC may suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment, repeated failed access, unsafe conditions, abusive conduct, unauthorized or unlawful activity, misuse of services, material misrepresentations, repeated material violations of these terms, or circumstances that reasonably prevent continued service.
Termination does not eliminate amounts already properly charged or owed.
If CCC ends a membership for reasons not caused by Member and cannot provide a service already paid for, CCC will provide an appropriate refund or credit for the unprovided service.
18. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
Member agrees that CCC may communicate about appointments, access, billing, membership administration, quality assurance, and service using the contact information Member provides, subject to applicable law.
Member agrees to conduct the transaction electronically. Checking an agreement box and selecting a button that clearly indicates acceptance may constitute Member’s electronic signature. Member is responsible for keeping contact information current.
19. Updates to These Terms
CCC may reasonably update operational policies and nonmaterial procedures. Material changes to pricing, recurring billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, service frequency, or other material membership terms will be communicated as required by law and will apply prospectively.
20. Texas Law and General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
These terms, together with the enrollment details, stated price, applicable service scope, and written additions accepted by CCC, constitute the agreement between CCC and Member regarding the membership.
CCC’s failure to enforce a provision once does not waive its right to enforce it later. Membership may not be transferred to another person or apartment without CCC’s written approval.
